Organizational chart

With its internal regulations and statutes, the Network has three bodies that are:

 

The general Assembly
The General Assembly is the supreme decision-making body of the Network. As such, she: defines the general policy of the Network; approves the budget and the financial statements; sets the rates of membership and contribution fees; create any subsidiary body necessary for the proper functioning of the Network; rule on the cases of membership and exclusion of members; amend the texts of the Network; elects the members of the Executive Board and the Statutory Auditors. It meets in ordinary session (AGO) once a year and in extraordinary session as needed. Beyond this, the basic idea underlying the statutory AGO, an option has been taken by the Network to seize this body to discuss a theme.
The Executive Bureau
The Executive Bureau of the Network is the executing agency of the decisions of the General Assembly. It meets in ordinary session once a year and in extraordinary session as needed. It is composed of five (05) members elected for three years renewable: a president ; a Vice President; a Secretary General; an Assistant Secretary General; a Treasurer. From the Executive Board, is elected at the General Assembly, an Auditor, among the active members.
The Permanent Secretariat
The Permanent Secretariat is a support structure for the Executive Board which aims to contribute to the achievement of the objectives of the Network through the implementation of the political orientations and the day-to-day management of the Association. In this capacity, he is in charge of: ensure the animation and coordination of the day-to-day activities of the Network; conduct under the auspices of the Bureau, the organization of technical and practical activities including exchanges with similar associations and partners; promote the Network.
